eufoure.com is run by Eufoure LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. Questions about privacy go to contact@eufoure.com.
The inquiry forms on the Energy and Institutions pages ask for a name, an organization, and an email address, and optionally a building type and notes. That information reaches Eufoure by email. Nothing else is collected through forms on this site.
Eufoure also keeps conversation notes about people it talks with about its services. They hold a name, business, email or phone, town, and notes on what was discussed. Only Eufoure administrators can see them.
The site is hosted on Framer, which records visit statistics such as pages viewed. Eufoure adds no advertising cookies and no other tracking tools.
Form details are used to reply to the inquiry and to prepare any proposal it asks about. Eufoure does not sell personal information and does not use it for advertising.
Framer hosts the site, records visit statistics and delivers form submissions. Google serves the site’s typeface and hosts the Eufoure email account. Conversation notes are stored with Supabase, which runs the Eufoure Energy database. Cloudflare directs visitors from eufoure.com to the site and sees their IP address.
Inquiry emails are deleted within 90 days of being sent, or sooner on request. Conversation notes are deleted when they are no longer needed, and on request at any time.
Anyone can ask to see, correct, or delete the information Eufoure holds about them by writing to contact@eufoure.com. Requests are answered within 14 days.
The Eufoure Energy app at energy.eufoure.com has its own privacy policy, which covers energy bills and account data.
The site is not meant for children under 13. Eufoure does not knowingly collect their information.
